- One pet per photo: Please upload one pet per image for the best quality.
- Keep it sharp: Avoid blurry or low-resolution photos.
If you only have one photo, or if your pet has passed away, you may absolutely upload that photo. Our artists will carefully enhance and adjust it to create the best possible design.
Every photo is personally reviewed by our team, and you’ll receive a free digital preview for approval before production. If your image doesn’t meet our printing standards, we’ll contact you and help select a better option.

- Production begins only after your approval.
- This ensures your blanket looks exactly the way you want before it's printed.
We never move forward until you're happy with your design.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.
- Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
- Requests received after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% production fee, as each blanket is custom-made specifically for you.

We're happy to offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your blanket arrives damaged.
- The print quality is blurry, faded, or incorrect.
- You receive the wrong item or incorrect size.
